Living room
The living room is part of the large open space which also includes the kitchen. It has a comfortable sofa bed, TV with digital satellite and streaming services (Netfix, Amazon Prime Video), a beautiful cast iron wood stove and a large space to spend time in complete tranquility.
The floor is in oak parquet, the covering of the stove is very characteristic.
Garden
Casa Noa is loved by guests for the large garden it has, ideal for relaxing on beautiful sunny days and for drinking a glass of wine amidst the sounds of nature. A barbecue and ping pong table is available.
Bordering the garden there is a riding school where you can take lessons or go for walks (10 days notice).
Kitchen and dining room
The kitchen and dining room complete the open space consisting of the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, induction stove, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, plates, glasses, pots and cups.
The dining table is very large to be able to eat comfortably for 6 or 8 people. The room overlooks the garden through a large and bright sliding window.
Double Bedroom
The double bedroom is spacious, furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, two bedside tables, a dresser, a desk, a mirror and is equipped with heating. It is separated from the living room by the bathroom which delimits the areas, there is no door to separate the rooms but privacy is guaranteed.
The floor is of high quality, covered in high quality oak parquet.
Complete bathroom with shower
The bathroom of Casa Noa is divided into two areas: the dressing room, equipped with sink, mirror and heating (electric radiator); the actual bathroom, equipped with an electric heater, toilet, bidet and a large shower.
The bathroom has been tastefully furnished and is covered with quality stoneware tiles, both on the floor and on part of the walls and on the shower.
Single / Double room
The second bedroom of the apartment is a spacious single room, which overlooks the garden through a French window. The bed can be opened to become a double bed and thus be able to comfortably accommodate two people.
Even if the spaces as a double bedroom are not excessive, the large living area and the garden will allow you to enjoy space and relaxation for your stay.
Laundry room
The laundry room is very useful for long-term stays. Washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board are available: everything you need to avoid having to take your entire wardrobe on holiday.
